Frequently Asked Questions

How can I register a team for a tournament?

Select the tournament you're interested in and click the "Register Team" button. Fill out the form, provide information about team members and leaders. After successful registration, you will receive a secret code — make sure to save it! You'll need it to edit your team's information later.

What if I lose the secret code?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, lost codes cannot be recovered. In that case, we recommend registering the team again or contacting the organizing committee using the contact information provided on the tournament page.

How many people can be in a team?

The maximum number of participants per team is specified on the tournament's page. Typically, it's 5–6 people, including the captain.

Can we register two team leaders?

Yes, the registration form allows you to provide information for up to two team leaders, who will also be registered as jury members associated with your team.

How can I register as an independent jury member?

If you want to participate in the tournament as a jury member without being tied to a team, use the "Register as Jury" button on the tournament's public page. Fill out the form and wait for confirmation from the organizers.

How long is registration open?

The registration deadlines for both teams and jury members are listed on each tournament's page. A countdown timer also shows how many days and hours are left until the deadline.

Where is the tournament held?

The tournament's location is indicated in the "Information" section on its public page. There you'll also find contact information for the local organizing committee and the situation center.

What happens after registration ends?

After registration ends and before the tournament begins, you'll see a message: "Registration closed. Waiting for tournament start." After the tournament ends, the message will change to "Tournament completed."

I still have questions. Who can I contact?

Feel free to reach out to the situation center or the local organizing committee via the email addresses or social media links provided on the tournament page. We'll do our best to help you!
